I had a great stay at the hotel, especially because of the comfortable rooms and the very clean environment as shown on the internet. The big bathroom and good shower were perfect for our family stay. However, the service was a bit inflexible when trying to make changes to bookings. The location worked well for my daily visits to St Louis Hospital, but the dining options were not as expected.

The hotel felt modern, with well-equipped rooms, albeit slightly small but provided ample space for my luggage. It was a comfortable stay overall. The service was accommodating, although language barriers were present, and a mix-up with our room locking inconvenienced us. The location, while on a quiet side street, offered easy access to essential amenities and transportation options. The dining experience met expectations, catering to various tastes. The facilities were satisfactory, providing necessary services.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel in the heart of Sathorn Road for another night in Bangkok. The rooms were comfortable, and I enjoyed the forest head shower, although facing the construction site for one night was a downside.

The hotel is situated close to convenient areas like Sathorn and Silom, but there is still a bit of walking involved to reach the BTS station. The rooms are well-appointed and have everything you need for a comfortable stay, although some rooms are smaller than others. The service provided, both in communication prior to arrival and during the stay, was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is easily accessible with nearby transportation options, but it comes at a slightly higher price. The dining experience was good overall, but not quite what was expected. The facilities offered were adequate for a pleasant stay.
